We are excited you are thinking about consigning with us!

You Must have an Appointment to drop off starting May 1st!

How to: Store Credit Drop Off

 ALL DROP OFFS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR OWN BIN OR BOX (NO BAGS!) 

**Drop offs not brought in properly will be returned not looked at**

  • Drop off appointments can be scheduled on this page OR through Facebook when posted.
  • ONE appointment per day per person.
  • Appointments will be added each month.
  • Once monthly appointments are added a link will be posted to our Facebook page,  
  • Large items must be wiped clean, free from stains, rips, excess wear and mold.
  • If a large item or toy requires batteries it must have working batteries installed.
  • Please make sure shoes are clean including any sand that may have made its way inside and laces are tied.
  • CLOTHING
    • We take unlimted amounts of clothing.
    • We are SEASONAL please check to see what season we are currently accepting on our home page under "whats happing now"
    • Please make sure all clothing is free from stains and rips.
    • Clothes must be freshly laundered and immediately placed in a bin to avoid spills or pet hair from getting on them.
    • Please make sure all buttons, snaps, and zippers are all done all the way up, this really helps speed up our processing.
    • Please have all clothing laid as flat as possible. If bringing in larger children's, adults or maternity clothing, stack all together in a flat pile and fold in half. (see video)
  • Puzzles must have all pieces and be inside their original box unless they are larger wooden puzzles.
  • Books must not have any torn or drawn on pages.
  • If a toy contains small pieces please place them in a ziplock bag inside the larger toy.


 

Policies & Procedures

***By consigning items with Second Breath Styles you are agreeing to all policies and procedures.***


Policies

  • All drop offs (consigned items)  must be brought in by consignor.
  • Second Breath Styles will look through your items, choose what to keep and what to return, price the kept items and sell them for you.
  • Once a consignor's items sell their percentage of the sale will automatically be credited to their account.
  • Consignors will receive 50% to use in store credit. (Balance can only be used to purchase items in store)
  • Older accounts with items brought in before March 2024 can use that account credit in store or get a check.
  • We give a 10%-20% Military Discount and/or punch card Discount daily and that percentage is split with the Consignor.
  • Consignors living in Okaloosa, Walton, Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties must pick up a check in person.
  • Anyone who moves outside of Okaloosa, Walton , Escambia or Santa Rosa County can be mailed a moved check for a $1 fee. (this is for older accounts with inventory brought in before March of 2024)
  • After 1 year of inactivity on a consignors account will result in unsold inventory and remaining balance becoming property of Second Breath Styles.  Inactivity means NO items being brought in, NO Credit being used and NO checks being written.
  • Second Breath Styles is NOT responsible for lost or stolen goods.
  • Damaged items found on floor priced under $15 will be automatically donated.


Procedures

  • Second Breath Styles will conduct sales periodically and consignors items will be marked down per sale.
  • Second Breath Styles will Message and\or Call consignors to inform them that they are finished processing their drop off.
  • Any items brought that are not accepted as inventory in the store must be picked up from Second Breath Styles within 1 week. These are “Non Accepted” items or "No Thank Yous"
  • Non Accepted items that are not picked up within 1 week will be donated. (including container) 
  • Consignors are responsible for updating account contact information ie: address or phone number change.
  • A "last push" 70% off sale is conducted twice a year, ALL clothing and shoes left after the sale will be automatically donated. All other items left after the sale that would have earned $15 or less during the sale are automatically donated. All Items left after sale that would have earned more than $15 during sale will be set aside and the consignor will be given the option to pick up those items within one week of us informing them, if items are not picked up within that week they will be donated.
