ALL DROP OFFS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR OWN BIN OR BOX (NO BAGS!)
**Drop offs not brought in properly will be returned not looked at**
- Drop off appointments can be scheduled on this page OR through Facebook when posted.
- ONE appointment per day per person.
- Appointments will be added each month.
- Once monthly appointments are added a link will be posted to our Facebook page,
- Large items must be wiped clean, free from stains, rips, excess wear and mold.
- If a large item or toy requires batteries it must have working batteries installed.
- Please make sure shoes are clean including any sand that may have made its way inside and laces are tied.
- CLOTHING
- We take unlimted amounts of clothing.
- We are SEASONAL please check to see what season we are currently accepting on our home page under "whats happing now"
- Please make sure all clothing is free from stains and rips.
- Clothes must be freshly laundered and immediately placed in a bin to avoid spills or pet hair from getting on them.
- Please make sure all buttons, snaps, and zippers are all done all the way up, this really helps speed up our processing.
- Please have all clothing laid as flat as possible. If bringing in larger children's, adults or maternity clothing, stack all together in a flat pile and fold in half. (see video)
- Puzzles must have all pieces and be inside their original box unless they are larger wooden puzzles.
- Books must not have any torn or drawn on pages.
- If a toy contains small pieces please place them in a ziplock bag inside the larger toy.
